Origin and Terroir The grapes originate from the single vineyard ‘Lusthausberg’. This south-easterly vineyard site is characterized by its soil with high content of chalky conglomerate-gravel. Due to its exposition to the Danube, this single vineyard is perfect suitable for white burgundy. Vinification The grapes were harvested by the middle of October. After a short maceration time, the grapes were gently processed. Already the must impressed with intense aroma. Fermentation was completed in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, and afterwards the wine was racked and allowed to develop its full aroma on the fine lees. Tasting notes Light yellow in the glass, gentle bloomy scent in the nose, the palate reveals elegance and flavor of pears, quite substantial, long finish. Drink and Meal Recommendation A perfect wine to asparagus dishes!
