Origin and Terroir The grapes originate from our vineyards around Krustetten. These are characterized by calcareous conglomerate rock and glacial loess drifts. The exposed location at 360 meters above sea level and the slightly cooler climate produce wines with high ripeness and elegant fruit and offer best conditions for classic Rieslings! Vinification The grapes were carefully harvested and pressed without maceration time. This resulted in a very fruity must with fine acidity. Fermentation was completed in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Tasting notes bright green-yellow, pronounced aromas of stone fruit such as white peach and hints of citrus on the nose. Juicy peach fruit on the palate, supported by fresh acidity. Fine minerality on the finish! Drink- and Meal recommendation An uncomplicated aperitif or after-work drink, but also as a compagnion to starters in a menu or light dishes in general.
