Riesling Elements

Origin and Terroir Elements, the line of the young generation of Winery Müller, made with passion, curiosity and new ideas. The "Elements" symbolize the four siblings Diana, Martin, Laurenz and Therese, complemented with Riesling as the fifth element. The result of their collaboration are the wines of the Elements line. The grapes grow in our sustainable managed vineyards suited for fruity and elegant Riesling around Göttweiger Berg. Vinification We harvested physiologically ripe, healthy grapes, which were destemmed and gently pressed in the cellar. The fermentation was completed in temperature regulated stainless steel tanks. Afterward, the Riesling was racked, filtered and after a short period of time in stainless steel tanks, bottled. Tasting Notes Pale green-yellow color, apricot scents develop in the nose. Stone fruits notes with slight sweetness complemented with lively acidity evolve on the palate. Drink and meal recommendation The semi sweet Riesling Elements is perfect for all kind of parties and festivities. Thanks to the intense aroma profile, the wine is an excellent companion to starters and spicy dishes.
