Origin and Terroir The grape material for the Grüner Veltliner comes from our vineyards around the 1000 years old wine town, Krems. Thanks to the beneficial soil and climatic conditions is the region home of complex Grüner Veltliner for more than 100 years. Vinification The grape material was selectively harvested, and the healthy grapes were immediately pressed. The fermentation happens in temperature regulated stainless steel tanks. The bottling of the Grüner Veltliner happened after a short period of time on the fine lees. Tasting Notes Pale yellow color, fresh apple and flower scents develop in the nose. On the palate, the wine shows the typical spicy notes of a Grüner Veltliner with elegant fruity aromas. Food Pairing The wine is a perfect companion for spicy dishes and also solo as an apéritif.
