Origin and Terroir Elements, the line of the young generation of Winery Müller, made with passion, curiosity and new ideas. The "Elements" symbolize the four siblings Diana, Martin, Laurenz and Therese, complemented with Grüner Veltliner as the fifth element. The result of their collaboration are the wines of the Elements line. The grapes originate in our sustainable managed vineyards around the Göttweiger Berg and give an ideal base for the Elements wines. Vinification Grüner Veltliner grapes were harvested at their full physiological ripeness. In the cellar, the grape material were destemmed and gently pressed. The fermentation was completed in temperature regulated stainless steel tanks. As the fermentation was completed, the 5th Element was pumped in big oak barrels to give it time to develop its aroma profile. Tasting notes Intense gold yellow color in the glass, ananas and pear scents develop in the nose. On the palate is the wine full-bodied with spicy notes and longevity. A wine with aging potential, which already shows its aroma profile. Drink and meal recommendation The 5th Element pairs well with roasted fish, with baked dishes and Asian cuisine.
