Thank you for your interest in our website. The protection of your privacy is very important to us. Below we inform you in detail about how we handle your data. Person responsible for data processing: The office responsible for processing your data is Weingut Müller GmbH, Hollenburgerstrasse 12, A-3508 Krustetten, Tel: +43 2739 2691; e-mail: info@weingutmueller.at. If you have any questions regarding the collection, processing or use of your personal data or wish to assert your rights to information, correction or deletion, please contact us at the above address. Passing on of data for the fulfilment of the contract: For the fulfilment of the contract we pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, as far as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you select in the ordering process, we will pass on the payment data collected for this purpose to the bank commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, to the payment service provider commissioned by us or to the selected payment service for the processing of payments. In some cases, the selected payment service providers may also collect this data themselves if you open an account there. In this case, you must log on to the payment service provider with your access data during the ordering process. In this respect, the data protection declaration of the respective payment service provider applies. Use of data for postal advertising and your right of objection Furthermore, we reserve the right to store your first name and surname, your postal address and – insofar as we have received this additional information from you within the scope of the contractual relationship – your title, academic degree, in summarized lists and to use it for our own advertising purposes, e.g. to send you interesting offers and information on our products by post. You can object to the storage and use of your data for these purposes at any time by sending a message to the contact option provided. Your rights You have the right to demand information from us about all processed data, the correction or deletion of this data or also the restriction of the processing of the data. Furthermore, you can object to the processing of your data. You can also revoke your consent to the use of your data at any time by e-mail to info@weingutmueller.at. If you revoke your consent or object, this will result in the deletion of your customer account. If you revoke your consent, this does not affect the legality of the data processing that has taken place up to that point in time. You also have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, common and machine-readable format. If you believe that your data is being used in contravention of the law, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority (www.dsb.gv.at, telephone: +43 1 531 15-202525, e-mail: dsb@dsb.gv.at). Please contact us in advance – we assume that in most cases we can answer your questions directly. Collection and processing of data The use of my website is usually possible without providing personal data. As far as personal data (e.g. name or e-mail address) is collected on my pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. The collection and processing of personal data is exclusively for the purpose of answering questions, processing contracts, within the scope of technical administration. After sending a form, the entered data will be sent to the visitor and the site operator in an e-mail for further processing. The connection between client and server is encrypted. Optional input fields are offered to facilitate the establishment of contact and later correspondence. It is important to us to mark only really necessary entries as mandatory fields. You agree to the storage of your telephone number for this purpose. Unless we are legally obliged (e.g. by the regulations on invoicing) to store the data you provide when placing an order for a longer period of time, we only store the data for as long as necessary – in principle until the end of the legal period for claims arising from the purchase contract. In case of your consent or due to a legitimate interest, we will store it beyond this period. MailChimp uses this information to send and evaluate the newsletter on our behalf. Furthermore MailChimp may use this data according to its own information to optimize or improve its own services, e.g. for technical optimization of sending and presentation of the newsletters or for economic purposes to determine from which countries the recipients come. However, MailChimp does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to contact them itself or pass them on to third parties. We trust in the reliability and the IT and data security of MailChimp. MailChimp is certified under the US-EU data protection agreement “Privacy Shield” and is committed to comply with the EU data protection regulations. Furthermore, I have concluded a “Data-Processing-Agreement” with MailChimp. This is a contract in which MailChimp undertakes to protect the data of my users, to process it on our behalf according to its data protection regulations and in particular not to pass it on to third parties. The privacy policy of MailChimp can be viewed here. Data storage and deletion of data The deletion of stored data takes place when you as a user of the website and/or customer revoke your consent for storage, when your data is no longer necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was stored, or when your storage is or becomes inadmissible for other legal reasons.
